His passing is already higher then handling and passing pop increases salary much more then handling. Handling and passing should be at about the same level but when you think of it - high handling and low passing player will be more effective then the guy that's great at passing but has trouble getting to the favorable position for passing to a teammate because of his poor handling skill. :)

Perhaps, but he is on a fifth Division. Although getting some pops in OD never hurt either... then driving! hahaha

You can train him into

Jump Shot: prominent Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: sensational Handling: prominent
Driving: prominent Passing: prominent
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: pitiful Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: average

if you keep him and still have a chance of further popping!
Everyone is so down on starter potential, but I'm in 2 divisions above and use starters.
I say keep him if you like his face :)
