Same thing in England, but not really a huge deal. All Star voting is never after the 13th game -- it will be tomorrow with economic update.

Standings in Nederlands and France are updated.
ASG voting for France will be completed by Dec 19 1600H EST.
Standings for USA(and the rest of the Americas) will run in few hours, there was a problem with some process that cause this delay. Sorry for that.
