If you have a trainee who plays continuously for 48 mns each week, you will notice his GS quickly sticks to high levels.

Above 80 mns, it's not as common to see proficient GS but quite achievable with a masseur if the player is given consistent playing minutes every week.

For GS, the pass to heaven is constancy imho.

It seems as if the general consensus on GS may be flawed. I dont quite understand it, but ive seen a ton of complaints about people getting "robbed" on GS. Maybe the problem is not the system, but our understanding of it

7 to 9 is normal
6 to 9 not so normal but slim chance
5 to 9, definately not normal

I saw a player iwth 82 minute spop to 9, and one with 47 minutes do the same....


47 is a very good amount of minutes, the optimum seems to be bewtwen 55-60 minutes and the decline look quite similiar in both directions.

And 82 is still not a gs killer.
