IF you want to make him a PG, you will only need 9 or 10 JR. The OD/PA plan with 1v1 sprinkled in sounds good. Since he is only 6'2", I wouldn't recommend training his outside skills as it will take longer because of his height.

A point guard because he has low JR and a low potential (allstar).
I'm just asking if he can be interesting for the U21 Usa National Team, I'm already training him as a point guard.

Looking at his skills there's probably no chance at the U21 and the potential doesn't help either. He can still be a great player for your club though.
