but this is not about rewarding beta testers but since this is season 1 of Buzzerbeater the champions should win the same prize that champions on the following seasons will win.
And this is not what is going to give a team a huge advantage over others... There are always differences between teams and new teams will always be behind, but it is not impossible to move up...
I started out in hattrick very very late and won 4 division titles making my way to the 3rd division, in which I was fighting for the title by the time I decided to quit the game (because in my opinion that the game's economy didn't make sense anymore).
Anyway, I think teams usually have to make sacrifices to reach a title, specially here with 15 teams against you, so a prize in the end makes total sense.
ps: I will defend this idea no matter who wins the title in Brazil this season :D
