ok, as follow up, is there anyplace to go to see the primary and secondary skills for each position? don't want to be training a position in the wrong way and wasting a lot of valuable time.

multiple skills ---) pump skill 3-4 levels so you get an elastic effect - example - inside defense train for 3 pops, then skills like rebounding will train faster because they are trying to catch up with your high inside defense (although height must be factored in as well), it is always nice to train rookies with high secondary skills so you can concentrate on their primary skills)
