what offensive tactics would you use for better outside ratings? best of which i tried is run and gun....

Run and Gun and Motion give you improved outside attack. 1-3-1 and 3-2 will give you improved outside defense. If you're playing Look Inside/Low Post, that hurts your outside ratings a bit.

Thanks. I have decent inside players, so basically run and gun will help me more than motion, right?

no, i think they would be imiliar maybe run and gun is better if you got high stamina too

i always go run&gun but my players pretty much lack stamina... i can't afford to waste outside shooting training...

yeah but motion let you take a lot of shots from outiside tooo, you are just looking longer to get a good shot :=)

:o)) I was thinking about it... In the end r&g pays off more then motion, even though they get better shooting percentages. cause they shoot more...

maybe their hit more jumpers, but the percentages was pretty similar.

But the opponent will hit more shots, too.

I think it depends on handling and passing.
a team with the same outside shooters as another team, but with good passing and handling as well might perform better playing motion, while the one with less handling/passing probably performs better with R&G.
this has to do with creating good shotchances and turnovers....
