OK, but a few seasons back was more teams (over 52,000) and more matches and league table has been updated without delay, as in my league table was available at 22:00, now available until around 00:15. Where is the problem then, when there are fewer teams (about 44,000), less matches and table delayed?

The number of matches simulated actually increased since then.
