From the manual and forums there area number of things I could be doing next, but I'm unsure of which and when to do them
Should I
1. replace my staff
2. Expand the arena
3. buy players that can play

Expanding your Arena is a priority, however so is buying an advanced trainer. I'd go with the trainer for now and look at training this player Viera Heath (35959522).
