i have capped pa guard with 9is, it helps alot, to compare with similar, even slightly better one (1lvl jr more but 2lvl is more) he is shoting 8percent better, and always was like this way. because i am running inside offenses, also high is along with driving comes extremely valuable playing patient or outside izolation. that guard just owned 102k salary guy last cup game, and was a key to a victory. but about id, personaly i dont think its even worth training it, unless yuou polaying in div 1 or trying to make nt player. cause very few oponent guards tend to have high is, usually its bellow lvl 3:D so like mediocre id is all you need. Personally id go for shot blocking, as i found it more valuable. 1,7 blocks per game looks very impresive for a guard with lvl 8sb.

btw he capped at
14 7
14 14
14 14
9 5
4 3

while another pa guy at

14 8
15 13
12 13
7 3
3 1

both at low end of their potencial range wasd expecting something abit more, but 6weeks no pop means they capped...

He sure is. If you are currently working on his guards skills, I recommend doing some 1v1 until they are near his OD. During the offseason or All-Star Break, you can also train JS to about 9 or 10. Since you want an SF, he doesn't too much JR. 7 or 8 should be fine.

For inside skills, I would try to get IS/ID to at least 11. SFs don't need too much REB, so 9 should be your max. Great player.

yes thats exactly what i'm gonna do..my only doubts were about his age cause i wasnt sure if he'd make it up to that level. But since i got a second opinion i am reassured. Thank you very much!

do you believe he has the time to reach that level?..i know he is not very tall and he has to develop his inside skills now. i mean the training you proposed takes a lot of time(1 season) and i am eager to do it but after that will i be able to increase his JS and OD or he will have reached his maximum?

OK so for the rest of the season I'm doing some JS/DR on my bigs so they can strengthen their scoring. These are for sure my three trainees of the future ATM (unless a draftee so how pops up in the draft class) So I wanna know what to do right after I finish their JS/DR training.

something involving training IS right? or something else?

PS: intend Cash to be a PF, Reid to be a backup PF/SF and Sol a C

Given his superstar potential and if trained correctly, he can be trained until he is ~25.
