I agree with HAHA. You should try to get that OD up to awful or inept (3-4). I would also give him 1v1/PA training until he hits respectable or strong (7-8) in HA/DR. If he still doesn't cap, then I would finish him off with IS/ID.

What a waste of time...beside...OD and PA training wouldn´t have any effect on his salary and therefor no effect on his cap as well...

Not sure why you say it's a waste of time. Those secondaries are great to have, and you gave one good reason to train them.

edit:

But something needs correction: Up to a certain point, in this context, the PA and OD will be free. But not having an effect on his salary does not necessarily imply not adding up towards filling up his skills towards his potential cap. In this case it's just a little, looking at his current skill-set.

Brandon Griffith is the player you should concentrate on skilling up. He's a superstar you drafted.

I would suggest one on one forwards. Then train pressure some.

But it matters more what your rookie skills are to get him developed. He will be a better asset long-term.
