Our records show that the lineup was saved only once at 2013-05-02 04:07, server time, with these exact settings. What's weird is that the depth chart shows all the players to be set to their respective positions, but the selected players list only contains that one player who was the only one in the game. The only way this can happen is if the JavaScript that adds and removes players from the depth chart when they are removed from the selected players list didn't work for some reason; maybe it was disabled, maybe it failed due to a browser issue, maybe there was some other reason.
