I'm pretty sure that a different amount of experience credit is given if the minutes are played in league games, cup games or scrimmages, with scrimmages providing the least 'experience'. This might be why it seems to take 1500 minutes for some players.

NT/U21 minutes also help out lots. My 27 y/o SF is at "proficient" XP largely because of this.

I don't agree. I picked up 2 centers last season. Center A has a salary of $11K more than center B and all of center A big skills are equal or higher than center B. Center A consistently puts up better game ratings than B, however B puts up far better numbers in scoring and rebounding in games - both areas that A's stats excel. The only noticeable difference outside of stats and salary is that B has proficient experience while A has inept.

I tried to calculate the exact number of minutes for an exp up. the only thing i found out is that a player, who plays only in the league games gets every 1500 minutes an up.

but for the other kinds of play (NT, playoffs, relegation, cup and scrimmage) I couldn't find an exact number -.- maybe I give it a new try...

I get an average of 1200 minutes. Including Playoff, Relagation, Cup, and League. 63000 min / 51 EXP = 1235.

I just calculated 6 players.

I would say 800 min is too low an estimate and 1500 min too high.

Also, they need at least 5 experience before they give valid numbers.

For instance my 18 yo old has 2 EXP. 474 min
My 20 yr old has 3 EXP. 1665 min
My 19 yr old has 1 EXP. 1069 min

Looks like EXP for rookies start at different levels. I can't remember for sure but I think my rookie actually started with 2 EXP.

Also my 34 yr old with 13 EXP...well he has played an amazing 1050 min/season in non-scrim/priv games. Lets just say that is an amazing total. For the year I have had him, he's only carried 563, but he did suffer a 2 week injury and I manage his GS.

i used buzzermanager (27 week skill-list) for my players who only played in the league. they started two games per week and that was it. no scrimmage, no cup, nothing expect the league. and i got everytime (from 2 to 3, from 5 to 6, from 10 to 11 and from 8 to 9) 1500 minutes.

if i take players who played as back ups in the leaegue und started in the cup and scrimmage, i get 2248 minutes, 2465 minutes and 2409 minutes.

I get an average of 1200 minutes. Including Playoff, Relagation, Cup, and League. 63000 min / 51 EXP = 1235

the problem with the average is that your players played a diffrent "part" of their carrer in the cup, league what ever. someone who played 1 cup game and 1 league game per week, will get his up faster as someone who played 2 league games per week. So your average will be under 1500 minutes because of the cup games (they are more weighted).

Like Beener said, experience depends on what types of games the player is playing in. IIRC, the amount of EXP gained decreases in this order:

B3>NT/U21>Cup>Playoff/Relegation>League>Scrimmages. I might be wrong, though.
