Yeah this is a bit of a pain You'd think the news post would be up well before the first league game. I'll play+train shotblockers this week if it has a chance of stopping LI. NBBA is 15 LI teams and one outside team that's going to rebuild...

As I have noticed, nothing changed in the GE, its still the same.

And have one question, when we get the penalties (GS) for new players in the team?

I think it's already implemented from this season on... so you should see the GS drops in the next weeks if you are going to buy players...
