Another win last night against the Newark Knights, where is the recap!?! :-p

Over 75% of the Knights shots were jump shots, with an effective field goal percentage of over 50% on those shots. :-o

Alright. Well game 2 was A LOT closer than I expected. Kingz drop from 1st place all the way to 4th.

Game 2

Newark Knights @ Los Angeles Kingz

Final score - 96 - 81, Kingz win

MVP: Yu Ruyang shot 8 for 14 from the field and shot and even better 5 for 7 from three (Which is no surprise because Yu Ruyang always shoots better from three. – He shot 52% from three last season, 48% overall). And it looks like he'll be shooting better from three than two again as he is shooting 57% from three and 46% overall this season.

Co-MVP: Torben Buurdiek finished the game with 16 points, 13 rebounds (4 offensive), and 2 blocks. Torben has one of the lowest salaries on this team ($5,400) however he always puts up big numbers, especially in the rebounding category.

The Cup – Game 1

Arrows @ Kingz

Final score – 123 - 52, Kingz win

MVP: Yu Ruyang shot 8 for 10 from the field (& yes, he shot better from three again) and 3 for 3 from downtown. He finished with 22 points, 9 assists, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, and 2 steals.

The Kingz DESTROYED the Arrows today setting a new season high in point margin (71 points). The Kingz looked liked they couldn't miss tonight shooting nearly 60% from the field and almost 50% from three. The Kingz also played great defense keeping the Arrows to an atrocious 23% shooting. The Kingz also had 10 blocks (Arrows had 1) and 15 steals (Arrows had 10).
