Oh, so you mean only trying to purchase players OWNED by users from specific countries? Not trying to sound mean because I'm actually curious, what would be the use of this?

exact value of this feature is to predict short or long term plans of the competitors in the league. If for example someone puts starting five on the transfer list you can take that into account to optimize playing minutes, training, ent, ...
for short term you can change strategy if you see some openings against stronger competitors due to changes in the roster.
i like also this idea of adding option to have whole country as an option in transfer list search.

I think this should be a free feature though as it would give me an unfair advantage over other players in the league.
