I think you might have misunderstood how players are allowed to move between teams.
There are no trades in BuzzerBeater. No one can arrange to move a player to a specific other team.
All players move via the Transfer List and are sold to the highest bidder. That's it. You get your original team and your draftees each season, but if you want anyone else you go on the open market and buy them.
