I'm fairly certain I've only had two ejections. I don't think I've ever noticed an opponent being ejected, which in real life I would use to point out how biased the referees are in this game. The truth is I've a history of using aggressive players and occassionally that can be a negative.

I had one player who got ejected twice in two weeks (I think it was consecutive games, in fact, with another flagrant in one other game nearby). That was back around season 17 or 18, though, so it'd take me a while to find that. I also had a player not pick up any fouls for nearly the entire first half, pick up two flagrants in one minute late in the second, and ended up losing that game and my chance at promotion by two points.

I had a player from my original roster, Adan Barger, who fouled out constantly.
I think he's my only player to get two flagrants and ejected in a game.
Not that it would have mattered, since he would have fouled out normally given an extra ten minutes of playing time.

I think he's still in the league - let me check...
