I got an 18 yr old pot 10 6'4" sg
Can anyone suggest a training program?

This is as straightforward as it can get (easily followed) and very effective. You have to know what you want your player to become though (pure PG/pure SG/combo guard).

18y: 1 on 1 for Guards
19y: OD
20y: 7 weeks JR, 7 weeks PA
21y: 4 weeks 1 on 1 for guards, 10 weeks OD
22y: finish whatever skill you feel is more important for you

The guy should finish his training around 24 years.

If you train him for NT, start the above training at 19y and give him nothing but ID this season. He is 193 cm tall, so his inside skills will be improving with decent speed.

This season I would train 1v1 Guards and OD, with a couple sessions of PA and JR. Next season I recommend training JS, OD and PA.

Why is it different if I want to train him for NT?

Because NT cares also about secondary skills, while U21 does not so much. For example, ID on PGs etc.
