OK now its 3 weeks in a row........You have to be kidding me...one of the guys im training is 19 and 6'9 he has had 2 weeks of 48 and one at 46 and NOTHING.......hell if i will ever be payer.

He asked for it. If you don't want to be a 19 year old placed in a burlap sack and beaten for your insolence, don't be 19 (or don't be insolent, but frankly, sometimes insolence is required).
