I guess I'm not making myself clear. Sorry. I don't care how often they allow price changes, I just wonder why they make you wait 1/3 of the season for a price change to be effective.
I didn't even know they allowed 3 price changes per season. But now that it's been brought up, what's the value of allowing 3 changes when it takes 1/3 of the season to be effective. By the time the 3d change went into effect, the season would be over. It's more logical, if you're going to have 3 changes per season, to make the changes effective rather quickly. Then the change can have some value during the season.
