sure, but i don't think the difference between 6-5 coaches or 5-4 coaches is 2-3 pops a season, at least if you train something like OD, IS or PA.

actually i just tried with a 18yo from my utopia team, now he's 22, he made the australian u21 team as a SF and is growing steadily as a flamboyant complete player with a lvl 4 coach. yeah, maybe if i had a lvl 5 coach he would be TSP 95 today instead of TSP 90, but at the same time the lvl 5 coach would have cost me around 25k/week more in salaries, in 4 seasons that makes 56 weeks, so I spared 1,4kk (not counting signing fees) by having a lvl 4 coach instead of a lvl 5. would those 5 pops have made my player worth 1,4kk more? i doubt so.

Actually, my U21 player with 21 years is 103 TSP ...

13 TSP and one year younger ... I think this is a lot

(Triner lvl6 since the beggining)

it also depends on what was his TSP when you started training him. not to mention some trainings give much more pops than others.

my trainee was TSP 61 when i bought him, he has been training for around 50 weeks (only 2 as a 18yo), among his pops he had 9 pops in OD which is the slowest training.

you can also expect to pay at least 2 millions if you wanna get a lvl6 trainer with wages below 30k; or you can get one for 1k and pay starting wages of 90k.

you can easily get a lvl4 trainer with 18k wages for 1-5k.

in the case of a player who buys a lvl6 for 1k and 90k wages, in 50 weeks, taking into consideration that the wages of a lvl6 grow exponentially faster than a lvl4 and estimating the average difference of wages in around 80k, that means 4 millionsmore paid in salaries if you have a lvl6! 4 millions! if you buy one lvl6 for 2 millions and 30k salaries, considering an average salary difference of 25k during 50 weeks that makes 3,25 millions! can you add 3,25 millions more in value to your player than a player trained by a lvl4 in this meantime? even if you have 3 players being trained you'll need to add more than 1 million more value to each one of them than the single player trained by a lvl4. just saying.

Point is that you can cap player faster w8 higher lvl trainer.

You can train high profile players for profit w8 smaller pot. And you cap them faster(sell them faster).

If your goal is to have NT player, you will get money from merch in return!

If your goal is to have a NT player, get a trainee who is 18yo with high skills and high potential. If your trainee sucks, you can have the best trainer in the world and your player will grow up and never make NT (unless he's from a country with no users). However, if you have a top-notch trainee and train him seriously with a 4-5 coach he will very likely make the NT. but whatever, people do what they think is best.
