Thats the old method. Would not do it like that anymore.. the 19 year olds can have 8 sp per skill now so they are worth to check out also..
Unless you really only want a tall or large player its worth to do this option.
Better to do the other 10p option ( forgot the term in english) but with 10p you scout the 19 one&two balls for 10p total.. Discount...
After that you interview at least all the 5 balls.. Depending on how much scoutingpoints you have and how good of a talent you desire, you can either scout the rest and look for other 5 ballers (the overall level of talent has been raised since last season so there Will be plenty of 5 ballers to find) or you can also interview the 4 ballers who will be in the 45 total range sp..
