I just had a look and I have to say two things:
1. he's still on your team, therefore his skills are not visible to anyone else
2. check his current jumshot and hof jumpshot. It's not his current skills that are shown, it's his best skills while on the team.

Hey Marin thank you so much for your time and effort! I did notice what you said. It is weird because his Interior Defense used to be "tremendous (13)" instead of "prolific (11)" back in the days (when he played for me). Thank you!
