In preferences there are 2 options:

first one Hide/show all tutorial.

Second one (is visible only if you skipped at least a single step) unskip all the skipped steps.

The website is a bit sluggish/malfunctioning (I suspect it might be linked to the Tutorial) and there is the ongoing issue with the webpage certificate, but I'm happy we finally got the tutorial going and I like the widget with the pipeline for new changes.

But the tutorial is avaible for all teams no matter how long you take in the game. Utopia teams should have been included.
