Correct. It was reported that our regular training didn't trigger at 3.50pm and we saw a new training scheduled for 5.50pm, which was 2 hours later. But training did not take effect and I'm still seeing last week's pops on my players. The first was a scheduling error but I think for this a dummy job was scheduled but nothing was actually triggered.

Well, i've always experienced delays with the training. It needs to to process. I usually just add another 15-20 minutes to the time before i complain. :)
