I was looking at your team history and I noticed you are a new team. I also checked out your roster and noticed that you only have 1 guy that is 19 years old. I recommend you hold off training until you can get a better trainee in next seasons draft we are wrapping this season a month from now. Contact our u21 coach so he can guide you appropriately.

For someone new, advanced (level 4) is pretty decent to start with because the salary is manageable and even new teams can afford to get one. Take the time to read on training coefficients and what trains what. Here is a cheat sheet for your reference.

BH - Handling/Driving/OD
PA - Passing/Handling/Driving
1-1 (F) - Driving/Handling/JS/IS
1-1 (G) - Driving/Handling/JS/JR
JS - Jumpshot/JR/HA/DR
PR - OD/HA/DR/ID

SB - SB/REB/ID
ID -ID/IS/SB/DR
REB - REB/IS/ID
IS - IS/ID/JS

It is also advisable to get 3 trainees at least to maximize the use of your trainer. The youth coach helps a lot (UNTIL 19) as well advance (level 4).

Salamat, Kabayan! I-che-check ko 'yan! 😂

I kinda fired some 18 and 19 y/o, and a guy with a star in his avatar when I first viewed my roster. Their stats did not look promising. But, after reading some tips and guidelines, thought I have made a mistake. 😀😀
