Sinve potential came on the picture my top players did not have a single pop! Training speed seems definetely slower to me...

well, last year ASB they said it would slowly and gradually go back to normal speed (since it was doubled at S3 ASB)

so I guess it's just gradually and slowly going back to normal speed... probably!

its not going BACK to the "old" normal, it is going to a "new" normal. if i remember correctly the "new" normal is 1.5 times the "old" normal.
