You lost first game, but the battle isnt over yet. He player with higher enthusiasm. It might be fatal mistake.

I must admit his team looks really strong. You probably have only one guy that 50k SG you played patient with.

I think it might be better to play reverse patient with him. Put your standard lineup, and let your SG play as C. So he will shoot over lvl 5-7 OD center instead of 10 or 12 OD guard. It might foul out oponent center too.

Offense should look like:

PG-normal PG
SG normal SF
SF normal PF
PF normal C
C shooter SG (50k guy).

Do you see what i did there, shifted positions by 1 down to allow sg to play at offense at C. So he can have better missmatch.

But the vital importance playing like this is to reverse player on defense end too, so you do not loose missmatches defensively.

Under section i want my .... to play defense as.... set like this:

PG PG
SG SF
SF PF
PF C
C SG

And another thing, you need to choose either Strictly folllow depth chart or coach picks from depth chart. So your SG will not be replaced by nominal center at offense and you will have a missmatch.

I do not see other options for you, unless you wana try luck guessing zones and GDP's

Oh, and i pretty sure you will not be satisfied with only 1 win, you want to win finals, so should normal second game too. Because to the 3rd game from 2nd is only 1 day and alot of enthusiams difference will be between teams if you mots and he normals.

Isolation tactic is not an option, it is the most shitty tactic in this game. Patient is the way to go, it works as an real life isolation.

For the moment I'm quite happy about the situation because he played with higher enthusiasm and I only lost 10 points. This week I'm going to train shape (all his player is level 8 !) (mine are 7 or 8).
Like this I could use the same enthusiasm at home.

I knew your strategy and I'm afraid it's a bit risky (I never use this strategy with my team), in fact I should have try it for the first game because it was not a game i had to plan to win.

Maybe with a better shape and a better enthusiasm i could win the game 2 and 3 with a standard strategy ? Or i try the reverse patient.. hmm not easy to know. Fortunately I have 4 days to choose :)

I won the game 2 and now i've got a better enthusiasm level than him, So now for tomorrow i hesitate between my look inside which seems strong or my patient (my huge shooting gard lost one shape level this week).
I really hope my adversary will not find this thread..

Nice win. Now you have an advantage. Opponent does not seem to guess GDP. I would just go for the best possible offense tactic and 1v1 defense. Do not forget to Crunch time this one
