The training seen on the home screen is rounded (46.50-47.49 will show as 47). 47.00+ is full training.


Is this true? I thought full training was 48:00+

It's been recently changed to allow a bit more leniency. 18 and 19 year olds are 45 minutes+ now as well.

Thnx! I knew about the 18-19yo but I didn't knew about this change. This week 2 of my trainees (main team + utopia) played less than 48:00 (just 48'), I am really happy with this change

Of course, yeah that updates been taken real well by the community.

Just FYI, in the recent news post they announced that players 27 years old and above will only need 40 minutes of training starting next season. This is because exhaustion is being implemented in all league matches and it only impacts players of that age group.

You’re welcome! And yes I did get a BB’s permission to post this. I’m in close contact with a few of them.

It is a shift from what’s been going on but with new BB’s providing more information and being more active with the game; we will be getting much more information, announcements, and updates in the following seasons.

Thanks for those words, mate! I also enjoyed yours and learned a lot from it.

I've checked my doc and I found a couple of extra points:

- Fast tactics consume stamina faster. Slow tactics consume stamina slower.

- The current GE considers only the level of the starting player and his stamina, not the substitute.

Completely agree. Managers who spend more time in the game will naturally know more about how it works through their own observations and experimentation. It doesn't make sense to reward them because they happen to scour through the forums to find this information. I think it should all be published in the game manual at the very least and some kind of attention should be drawn to that through the news page.

Completely agree. I spoke about it several months back too but there didn't seem to be any response...
