I don't think adding injury time should be the penalty since during the NBA playoffs they will just heal them for the next game by any means necessary.

So I think game shape drop would be more realistic penalty so they can play in the next games but with decreased performance. B3/BBM injuries don't stay anyways so maybe the managers could select to risk the game shape drop with the higher chance of injuries being healed during the game.

Another suggestion to remove an element from the game. And again support for something that has no negative when often we're told suggestions must have balance.
