im the opposite.. i want players with low stamina so the coach rotates them more which i find easier when juggling minutes.. my average stamina guy plays 44 ish and its a pain in the butt.....i like a nice 32-16 split or 2x24!!

Maybe a mix. You'll have three weeks, including this current week, where you only have 2 games. You might want to do stamina a week at the start of the season (this will be the 3rd week of 2 games), because your draft picks will probably have stamina comparable to your original players. If there is a big difference in stamina, it is sometime hard to get players into the game.

Thanks everyone these are very useful posts. I have become convinced that FT is more important than stamina right now, especially considering the fact that I want a good rotation and don't want anyone playing 40+ minutes.
