at the moment I'm still looking for players who won't hurt themselves with the ball so I'm short on the roster... it will change

as was said, absolute minimum is 5 for one game. with 3 games a week, and allowing for some players being injured, most think that having 15-18 on your roster is ideal to get you through the season
