I think they were first seen after last seasons draft. It is the lowest potential a player can have... That's why the BB's developed this game: they couldn't win a game on a real court, so they are trying to win games virtualy...
Only thing buggy about it, is that there is no reference to this level in the rules.
It's more of an Easter Egg.
Mousing over the text should reveal their exact potential (i.e. none).
Charles has a bit of game but Mark's driving skills are limited to his bad-ass ride.
Mike and Sascha I don't know about their games, but it's not promising.
