Are you using a public computer? Sometimes they block certain software from running.

My Sun Java is of the latest version.

I have anti-virus but it would ask me to allow or block any connection coming from the live viewer, and it has not so I doubt its the anti-virus.

I am using Firefox the latest version, can't remember the exact version but it is the latest.

Also my brother plays Hattrick and he can't seem to work the live viewer for that game, so if that helps then ya.. I am pretty sure I have the latest flash version as I needed it to view some youtube things and other clips. So I installed it.

Do you have some form of Norton's or McAfee software?

If so, will it work if you disable that software?

Can you try disabling it and then viewing the game?

You may need to also log out of BB then back in.
