I will wait to see how the rebounding change works before changing anything.

Training results:
Coach: Level 6
Trainings:
Week 1 - pg pressure: Braier (48 minutes) to respectable od, Fritzer (29 minutes)
Week 2 - pg pressure: Braier (46 minutes), Fritzer (48 minutes) to mediocre od
Week 3 - pg pressure: Braier (46 minutes) to strong od, Fritzer (48 minutes), Thomas (46 minutes)

There seems to be some strange game logic that occurs with two minutes left in the game wherein Braier and Thomas are replaced (but not Fritzer) by another starter who has been resting the entire 4th quarter. It does not appear to be free throw related, nor likely stamina (Fritzer does have respectable while the others are slightly lower) - but I have no idea what it is. I will keep investigating.

I'm curious... is there a priority list for these guys? In terms of training I mean.

Not really - they should all be able to train fruitfully. However, at the moment I am looking to ensure those with lower od get the 48 minutes because they are tending to foul out, which is throwing the training plans off. I am hoping that when Fritzer improves a bit more in od, he will refrain from committing 4 fouls in a span of about 5 minutes against a $4k guard.

Week 4 - pg pressure: Braier (33 minutes), Fritzer (48 minutes) to average od, Thomas (48 minutes) to average od and respectable handling

Minutes were thrown off by Frtizer's decision to commit about 4 fouls in 5 minutes. Hopefully Fritzer and Thomas don't have the dreaded hidden "foul" trait.

Only pop was the second od pop in a row for Thomas despite not playing a full 48 minutes this week - while two straight weeks without a pop from Braier. Maybe there is the secret in-country training bonus that Charles has neglected to mention? I imagine that height is probably the culprit.

After 5 weeks, I am quite surprised that there has been only one secondary pop. I am encouraged by Blacksword's training speed report on passing, seems that it is likely a good deal faster than od training.

What is your take on the importance of training passing? If Blacksword's report is right then it seems to have a better rate with the secondaries, but I am having a hard time justifying spending time on passing.

A season or two ago I significantly improved my PG passing through signings and I could not really detect a difference in team performance. I can take that as either a) there was no real improvement, or b) I have no real ability to detect the improvement.

Although perhaps it could be justified on the secondary pops alone.

I haven't noticed too many differences with passing other than a higher number of assists. That said, the highest I have currently is proficient, so it's hard to really know (I had a sensational ages ago, but can't really make any judgments since team level and competition are so different). In fact, back in season 5, I started several B3 games with three atrocious passers. I would assume that it helps improve looks, and with my team's low shooting percentage, am sure it can't hurt. Of course, the next time I train passing will be my first week ever doing so.

As far as the secondaries, Blacksword's data is insufficient to identify quicker secondary pops as he has not had players achieve multiple secondary pops yet.

Yeah upon rereading his information I see that I misread it.

I really cannot decide whether or not to train passing. I haven't in the past, but I keep wondering if I should try it.

Any thoughts Oueftete?

I believe it is something to consider - especially with the annoucement of changes regarding TOs and AST next season.

Next season Im starting guard training and will be my focus.

Week 6 - pg pressure: Braier (47 minutes) to proficient od, Fritzer (48 minutes) to respectable od, Thomas (48 minutes)

Through 6 weeks of training, neither Braier or Fritzer have improved secondaries - I might have to train handling after all.

You should post on the Bugs forum that Pressure training is broken because it's not training secondaries, and make my head explode.
