Use DMI as a last resort. With everything else equal, I think the sub levels of the skills of the players are reflected in the DMI of a player. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

yes they affect it, but dmi is highly depending on game shape so a variance of the gameshape makes much more different then a slighly difference in skill.
