Same problem.
In the transfert list I see players, skills, best bid,... But in the player page there isn't the box to do your bid. There are only information on player and last games, as for a "not-for-sale" player

I'm lucking for an player who should be transfered on 10.30 CET, on 9.30 CT ...

Or did you mean that every player on the transfer list, is already expired and just need to finalize?

i got player whoshould run out, in 3 days where i can't bid.

Well, some news.

Problem identified on some server. Until 01.00 PM CET (+/-) it's come back the old version Transfer Page.
Now all is OK.
