I've been getting a steady stream of XP pops lately for some reason.

Remember that there is no green arrow for experience pops.

Ouch. That's the only way I'd notice.

did you also notice if the pops occur together with the training updates or just after the matches (as in TOG)?

Checking my players, I have had two pops since I took over my team.

I'll need to figure out a way to automate this if BB isn't going to arrow the change.

I only check at training updates, so I really don't know.

Do Cup (or playoff) games give more experience than regular league games, as in HT? I'm assuming there is almost no (or none) experience for scrimmages?

I don't know, but it would make sense that there was.

I'll see what I can find out.

As far as I've noticed I didn't relay see much difference in performance when it comes to experience during games...

However, The players from my team that made it to the All-Star game do have some experience...

So, for what it's worth, I'd say some benefit from experience is present when you average it out over the season, but I don't think it could win you a game...

Anyone else have an idea?

Why do they need to give an explanation?

you'd be amazed what we could find out by ourselves. ;)

For one: experience takes a LOOOONG time to grow in BB. You don't see it happening by arrows (as with other skills) so you need to keep track in order to be able to notice if they popped or not.
Players do pop, however mine still didn't, but I heard from others they had pops, which proves the fact that it is going very slowly.

The game effect should be prety easely to find out, since you just need to compare similar playes with diffrent experience. I'm sure if the comunity starts up this stuy we will get a prety clear view on it in about 1 season's time. And that is, in a game like BB very fast I think...
