Have a look in the suggestion forum ;)

At the moment it seems -24 minutes played per week -stamina (even if you train stamina, as I did this week).

When I look through the transfer list none of the players have drops in stamina - or is this a hidden information only meant for the owner?

Older than the rest ...

1 training pop in 5 weeks (with a 10 trainer) but 2 drops in a single week on stamina :( I'd agree it's too harsh. Not loving the 9 week injury as my guy will likely struggle to play for weeks when he finally recovers at this rate, while the rest of my team will have ridiculously high stamina if I train the whole team in it.

I thing that the rule with stamina is good. It makes an obligation for every team to make the substitutes play at least 48 minutes. This rule is the same for everyone and everybody knows it. You can not play all the games with the same team, it makes tactics more interesting and gives a bigger role to the managers that we are...that's why the game is interesting. Otherwise it will be the same every game and every week...and it will be boring!

This change is horrible.

My player Valdir Cocada played 48+ all weeks...in this week (all star week - teams plays 2 games maximun), Cocada played 33 minutes and drop stamina.

I remember that change was "Few minutes in some weeks, will make stamina drop". Not few minutes in ONLY WEEK.

Imagine you haveing a 9week injury on your star player and your other star player gets into foul trouble in game and plays 30min total and drops in stamina.. a bit too harsh maybe ?

Rules says:
The first training area on the list is Team Training, and this works a little different from the rest. When this is selected, the second menu lists three choices for training areas: Form, Free Throws, and Stamina. For these attributes, it is easy for the coach to train all of the players on your team (he can have them shoot free throws for an hour or run laps around the building), and they dont depend too much on in-game practice. Therefore, selecting one of these options will train your entire roster, whether or not they play in any games that week.

What is going on?

2nd!

the problem is I can't complete control of the minutes.

maybe coach only let a player play 10 minutes because his stamina is poor.

this is a vicious circle.

You just have to search a tactic that you can do that, in my scrimmage i can let my 5 backup players play 45+ minutes if that's needed.

let backup players play 45+ minutes is too easy

but sometime I need them play 15-20 minutes a match, that is difficult.
