I guess it sort of depends on how you train. It doesn't look like your salaries moved much at all. I could have trained more passing for example and received essentially free training but decided it would be more worthwhile long term to hit some other hurdles before potential caps were reached (they seem to be for Gipson).

I didn't expect much movement, as I spent the majority of last season finally addressing some of Timmons' weaker guard skills, and moving a guy from awful to mediocre in something isn't going to move his salary much at all. Ludwig, whose guards skills were better to begin with, saw a larger % increase than Timmons.

Is the drop off that noticeable? If so, how much of one are you experiencing?

Tough to tell between age and potential but where it once was 2 weeks for a pop, 3 weeks for 2 pops its taking 3 weeks to pop. I don't think he is there yet, and it will be harder to tell with the salary formula but all indications are time is running short. Others have said training essentially stops, where you might see 1-2 pops a season?

At the very least it is making it more economical (in terms of time and cash)l to train younger guys.

I'd say the essentially stops bit is about right (though from everything the devs say, it doesn't really stop, just slows waaay down). I knew Paolo had capped when he didn't pop (in anything) during five weeks of one on one training.
