I have seen many times that at the end of the game the team usually looks for experienced players in order to use most of the opportunity shoots.

My players who are proficient in experience did very well in a cup game compared to another player is better in terms of skill. Although that player who was better in skill got a pop in experience that week. I'm also not sure but I also had a game where I put my best defender on my opponent's best player. And through the first three quarters, that opponent was held to 3-13 fg%. But in the 4th quarter, he was unstoppable, shooting 5-5. I'm guess that that player has a high experience.

EDIT: My opponent's player was recently put on the transfer list and I was correct. His skills were not that great (his best skill was only respectable) but he had prominent experience.

i don't know much but whenever my player with proficient experience is in the court during the final minutes, he always takes over. He doesn't have very good skills but he just takes over. One of my game went to overtime and I think he scored 7 of our 13 points in overtime.

Last Saturday I had a game which was decided with buzzerbeater in overtime. Last shot was taken by player with best experience in my team- mediocre. Coincidence?

Some of my most veteran players have kept the same experience level in IV leagues. However draftees have arrived with experience 2 levels hire. In my eyes, experience changes little from year to year. Experience appears to be a basketball intelligence score, rather than something which builds from year to year.
Interesting, I'm thankful you reported scores on your players and their NT life comparison. Pressure is tough in the NT so players don't play as smart.
Mitchell Dougherty 4163456 I coached from my first season.
Alexander Horn 6627293 is a recent draftee.

I would show you Cai Shunnan, a youngster, but he already has four years experience.

Age is compared to experience here.
My youngest player Cedric Forget 19 years old has atrocious experience.
My oldest player Antonio Cicchi 34 years old has respectable experience, topped only by Damien Paulin 28 years old, who has strong experience.

I think AGE is the most obvious correlation with experience.

That's pretty clear - the longer someone is around, the more experience they have a chance to garner.

i dont know if anyone notices but i can say 2 examples from my team

my best player libardo galvez, i notice his experience increases fast due to him stepping up and being a clutch player meaning, in the many games i played he is the one carrying my team on crunch time. taking the shots making em everything, in short he is the reason why im winning in close games.

2nd example is mikas damskins, i dont train him anymore but i notice those who you dont train but gets minutes and plays games especially crucial and taking on very tough opponents also increases it.

the effect of experience? from my experience there are some stretches of the game wherein this role players of mine plays better than my opponents starters.

imagine ratings of my center who has a salary not reaching 15k going against 30 to 50k players has 10 ratings and does a damn job even though he is out muscled, out talent and out skilled.
