the 19yold would have however serious difficulties in league games ;D
yes I know, that is why I start my 19 yld most of the time on friendlies. but in lower divisions it's not that difficult as many weak teams there.

If you had to have a season in which you are third or four in the ranking, you can plan on future training more than only one young player
I used to do that but what I am talking about is one position training, you can start training 2 18 ylds at the same time but that means you risk one game every week, instead it is better to train one 18 yld.

Training one position,if you not have some player with high potential, the older players around 21-22 years old stop
So,you however would waste time training players at the potential cap.
You don't say a wrong thing, but at least when you change training ,you have to go through a pair of season in which you had to train 2 or 3 players 18-19 years old,and you have to put one of them in the line-up,then you could go with the tactic that you said in the previous posts ;D

I completely agree with you,if you see the previous posts you can see that the discussion started because some users said that you can win with some young trainee on the field in championship games, while this is not true,or at least not in all the countries.but you can easily choose to lose some results in short time to rebuild, and this is the goal of this choice,as you correcty says ;D
