Pini - yada yada yada (non related content)
I really don't see why someone who really think that so many parts of the games are so wrong is taking such an active part of it?!
Because anyone who do some coding, designing and system and product work does also things that needs a fix.
Otherwise there is no need for the suggestion forum at all.

Other than that, you didn't really commented at this post at all on the topic discussed and my comment to what you wrote.

Well you cant go mixing in real life with this game. Real life and a game has nothing in common.

Of course they have something in common! Haha! If there was nothing in common, what would this game be based off?

I haven't read everything here, but I would love to see skills based on ATHLETICISM decrease more quickly at x (maybe 32 whatever) age and other skills possibly even increase for a bit until y age.

Other skills could include JS, JR and PA.

Besides the rules of basketball there is no point in trying to compare.

Besides the rules of BB, managing, market behavior, etc. which this game is all about, there is nothing to compare...

Basically you are raising the "nothing to compare a game and real-world" "claim", whenever there is no reason not to use the way it is in the real-world.

A behavior in the real-world might not be good for a game, but their needs to be a justification for that.
Saying this is a game and not a real-world, is just saying nothing, when clearly there is nothing to say to contradict that it fits the game and needed.

I never saw when arich team had tried to take the same player a team from lower division wanted to have.

It does happen, a lot. And the reason is because most managers can afford to purchase players they can't maintain.

I don't think that this is the only, and the most recent case where top teams battle with average teams for the same players.

When i look at my teami would say Jacot, Gianfresci, Llyons, Qualtinger (and Dincmen) could be attractive to 3rd division team too, but was also part of several quite succesful B3 runs the past seasons. They would have a different role, and i don't expect to get in a bidwar for Dieckhoff or Nishnianidze with a 3rd division team.

In the real-world it does not happen.
Here, it happens only when:
1) The player is not gonna be the main player of the rich team, but just a role-player while for the other team he is gonna be a main player.
2) The lower division's user does not know what he is doing and he is on the road for bunkrupt.

Also in the real world, if a team from an unknown land will give a player a contract which is much higher than any NBA team, and for a long period, he will go to there.
