I agree completely. This suggestion makes the most sense. I also think tax % on the profit should go down with time, but not very fast

Grullo's issue is you get the same arena income and a bit less in TV rights with roster of 400k compared to his 1M, or my 800k. So you can basically gain at least 300k a week compared to him. That's at least 3M/season, if not more...

According to the topic there are no more day traders ;) Now we should call them week traders. Secondly it's all about an economy. If you want money to be your friend, you need to adjust to economy situation. Nobody said earning money is so easy. However trading become quite big income for many teams, which have barely connection with real basketball. I think transferlist fee (for selling teams) is a good solution (5/10k per player?). Trading shouldn't be punished hard. It's a profit for managers who spend more time in BB than the others.
