indeed that's also why I'd like to have an homegrown team but the real question is "how luck you need to have in the draft to build your team?" That's the real point, even without consider the skills my last draftees had lvl 5 as maxium potential... One of them lvl 1, he will stay on my team foverever as eternal shame of this draft system :p
