Haven't loged in for more than a good while right now. Thanks for the advice.

Heading on the right path so far. Are you?

I'm on the off-site more than buzzerbeater. You can read diaries, discuss tactics, U21, NT and I learn new things every day on it. It would benefit you a ton. It would make you a better manager and help you understand the game.

Alternately, you can bask in the glory that was my diary, if you have days and days to spend poring through all its voluminous goodness. (Goodness being a euphamism if you prefer). ;)

Hey, why aren't you ever on the offsite anymore, ya scrub? Beagles too good for the offsite?

It's hard to stay motivated for a training diary when the only updates would be:

Scrub X improved from vomit-inducing to abysmal in Skill Y.

On the bright side, I think I'm finally actually starting to narrow down how I want to start my rebuild, and it might actually be something that's actually feasible (as opposed to, say, a bunch of 16/15/15/14/20/12 - 8/17/15/17 hyper-awesome PF players).

I'm looking forward to that, then.

I do not envy the DIII you are going to unleash the fury of your rebuilt team against.

It's going to be a while. I'm going to have to start training the guys I want so I might be dropping a little further. I don't know if I'll go all the way and tag up in V, though.
