If he is in a NT I can't fire him ever or just for some amount of time? What if he bankrupts my club (for example)?

You can't fire him while he is part of the NT. You could ask the NT manager to drop him so you can fire him, but that's unlikely to happen. If they drop him, you fire him, he gets listed for $500k and doesn't sell he then retires and is lost to their NT.

I see this is the situation you are in. I would recommend listing for $1k when possible and hopefully someone will take him off your hands. Paying his salary for one week shouldn't bankrupt you.

I can't find information about HOW MUCH merchandising is generated by
-homegrown
-locals

1) Are this merchandising boost given as a % of salary?
2) There are some range (es 2%/4% for locals + 2%/4% homegrown, for a total of 4%/8%)

I need to know to choose what to train in the long term!

Total Player Salaries: $ 66 763
Player Salaries Floor: $ 109 540
The salary floor does not apply to new teams for their first 24 weeks. Your grace period ends on 17/02/2023.

On this Monday (13th) your player salary expenses will be $66,763.
The following Monday (20th) your player salary expenses will be a minimum of $109,540. Even if you had no players on your roster, you would still pay that much each week going forward.

You don't have to purchase players yet if you don't want to.

I will try to be friendly about this.

I agree you may have some financial instability. That would likely be due to not working on your arena. However, if you have not been spending money on players, and not improving your arena, where were you spending money? Having 24 weeks to be under the salary floor should have given you the opportunity to improve your arena.

However, if you are going to spend to get up to the floor, and you already have trainees, you may want to search the market for older players as you can acquire the salary without paying large bids to acquire them.

Yes, you might be able to find a player with a $30-40k salary but a very low transfer fee, which would be a nice pickup for your situation. Or maybe 2-3 players with $10k salary and close to $0 transfer fee.

If you are only paying the salary floor you should be able to make a good profit each week. Make sure you aren't paying too much in staff salaries, and continue expanding your arena when you have savings.

Honestly I wish BB would actually stress on the importance of arena building in its tutorial or something. I literally come across a lot of people who don't build their arenas, then get promoted to Div I and wonder why they are forever in the red (650k salary floor btw, how is a 6k seated arena going to survive that).

Over the seasons I've noticed a lot of teams in my div going bot, and quite a few of them not upgrading their team despite promoting (or still having a bad team by the end of the season), and it never occured to me (until last season when a relegation boind leaguemate asked me for financial advice) tthat it was likely due to the fact that the salary floor difference between Div II and Div I was too big and they didn't need to expand their arena to sustain a Div II winning team.

The new "reset team" function has sort of decreased the impact, but still, more emphasis is needed on arena building coz we can't have them keep resetting their teams. I've been approaching new teams in my country to raise awareness on the importance of arena building, and turns out a lot of them didn't realize how important arena expansion is.
