I'm talking about SF playing on SF. Not PG/SG/C plaing on SF position.

Did you try to say me tha trainer lvl 5 is better than lvl 7 for training?

And this starting player skills are good to start creating SF?
JS 6 JR7
OD 6HN 6
DV 6 PS 2
IS 6 ID 5
RB 6 SB 6
SS12=66 and salary $5355

Potencial allstar is not enough to play all sezon in u21. Now we have cross trainnig which disturb with optimal training on the boundary potential. Good SF in u21 with allstar potencial will be play only in the beginning of season. Maybe allstar player are good for your u21. :)

"Training SF is much easier in lower leagues because playing a player out of position doesn't hurt your games as much as in higher leagues."

I know this very well. specially fellI to the lowest league, because i wont a train player.

I tried to do some experiment and failed -pity.

Me too. I don't know where this assumption came from - from my post certainly not.

This is as good as a 18y old SF can get. I doubt you will find anything better than that. In order to be able to train until end of 21y old, you are correct that allstar is not enough; perennial allstar would do.

If you had in mind such players with Superstar/MVP potential when you were talking about expensive Polish players, I have to tell you such player would be expensive no matter his nationality.

Did you try to say me tha trainer lvl 5 is better than lvl 7 for training?

No. I don't know why are you acting so defensive all the time because I'm not attacking you. I'm saying trainer lvl5 is enough to create a good SF for U21. Not just for my country, but for any country in the BB world. The only prerequisite is good starting skills of course.

I tried to do some experiment and failed -pity.

Maybe you made some wrong assumptions when you started this experiment. Having a lvl7 trainer as a prerequisite for U21SF is already one. Did you take into account height, elastic effect..? Did you have good starting skills?

So this was your player? I'm sorry, but if you can't train a top player with trainer lvl7 with these starting skills, than something went really wrong. Either he was injured for half a season or...

I wrote a ton of posts about elastic effect, one of the recent and relevant ones is this: (197824.1)

And he didn't make the U21? How tall was he? With these starting skills, he should be in Top 5 U21 SFs in BB world. Did you receive a training plan from your U21 coach? Was he always trained on one-position where possible and received 48 minutes of training?

With the kind of training you were giving him, he should have 37-40 pops in three full seasons. If he didn't, you probably trained against elastic effect or his height was either too low or too high.

Doctor lvl 6 is great. For three season of play I have only 1 contuzion non-match. My player was injury in cup match and injury was for one week. More over this player played match in next week. His injury took 6 days.

Every one my players train all time on minimal position, they never train 1on1, and never train ST or FT.
(18117258) Wzrost: 6'8" / 203 cm you can see his history how much in he train in all weeks.

That explains why your "experiment" was not successful. I think one can't be a good trainer if he doesn't understand why HA and DR are important.

But that's just my opinion.

So tell me, what DV & HN should have SF in begining U21?
I think DV&HN very good pops when you train samoething else(as secondary skills). In U21 you haven't got time to waste time to train 1on1. Also when I watch a players from U21 almost always good DV+HN have PG and SG.

i also don't rate driving that high, but @mario i think it is quite a good training for sf cause all of the secondary pops.
