What would you prefer, "get off my lawn old man"?

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

That seems reasonable - any suggestions for what we might do instead?

I really am happy to change this, but I'm looking for some better suggestions. :)

Avoid much slang - it should be understandable for people from around the world. So british like english, not many popculture hints etc.

It looks much better to me.
For the original quotes and
any other humorous quote let's not
forget that it should be funny
when it's translated to all other
languages, otherwise it looks
really awkward.

Decided to go with John Marcum as the face of BB huh?

That should make jbmcrock happy.

He really has the most infectious personality on the team.

I also hear that Günter Vyberal has freed up some time (approximately three weeks) to leave the team and do promotional appearances on behalf of Buzzerbeater.

I guess no one liked my suggestion-

"Play BB, because HT sucks now!"

The quotes up now are a marked improvement

Many quotes are hopeless to translate. Most of them are meant for people with common experiences with people living in same area/country. I find the ones that's on the login-page now ok.

Btw. the average numbers of players in teams in BB are 15.4! That's quite many!

I was a little bit worried about "Who's got next?", since that's perhaps slang local to the United States. I am hoping that it will be translated idiomatically instead of literally.
Right into the problem - in Norwegian we translated a bit like "... tried to win over us this season. Will you try in next?"
- not the same, but maybe OK?
